POLLO CON PIMIENTOS Y SALSA TERIYAKI / CHICKEN WITH PEPPERS AND TERIYAKI SAUCE

2 pechugas de pollo / 2 chicken breasts

2 cebollas / 2 onions

6 pimientos verdes / 6 green peppers

2 pimientos rojos / 2 red peppers

Sal / Salt

Aceite de oliva / Olive oil
Salsa teriyaki / Teriyaki sauce

LA RECETA / THE RECIPE

Para preparar pollo con pimientos y salta teriyaki empezamos pochando las cebollas, cortadas en juliana, en una sartén con aceite de oliva...
To make chicken with peppers and teriyaki sauce we begin by frying the onions, cut in julienne, in a pan with olive oil...

Añadir los pimientos rojos y verdes cortados en pequeños trozos... añadir un poco de sal...
Add the red and green peppers cut in small pieces... add a little bit of salt...

Cortar las pechugas de pollo en trozos pequeños, salar, y freir en otra sartén con aceite de oliva...
Cut the chicken breast in small pieces, add salt, and fry them in another pan with olive oil...

Cuando el pollo esté dorado, incorporar a la sartén con los pimientos y mezclar bien...
When the chicken is golden, place it in the pan with the peppers and mix well...

Finalmente añadir un poco de salsa teriyaki, mezclar bien y dejar cocinar 2-3 minutos...
