La preparación de esta mousse de limón es muy sencilla... Separamos las yemas de las claras de los huevos, y mezclamos las yemas con la leche condensada...
The preparation of this lemon mousse is very easy... Separate the yolks from the egg whites, and mix the egg yolks with teh condensed milk...
Añadir el zumo de cinco limones y mezclar bien...
Add the juice of five lemons and mix well...
Añadir las claras montadas a punto de nieve... Mezclar bien...
Add the white eggs whipped... Mix well...
Añadir la nata montada... Mezclar bien...
Add the milk cream whipped... Mix well...
Tapar y al frigorífico hasta el momento de servir... (ideal si está, al menos, de 3 a 4 horas)...
Cover and to the refrigerator until the moment to serve it... (ideal if it is for, at least, 3 to 4 hours)...
Servir en copas y decorar con una rodaja de limón...
Serve it in cups and decorate with a slice of lemon...
Y la Mousse de Limón está lista...
